  • Dates (planned arrival in Japan, planned departure)
  • What you need (purchase support, international shipping, etc.)
  • Bike dimensions and photos (front, side, rear)

Step 2: Our Proposal

We’ll get back to you based on the information you’ve sent — within 24–48 hours.

  • If anything is missing, we’ll ask
  • We’ll let you know whether we can help
  • We’ll provide a rough estimate

We may also suggest alternative approaches you hadn’t considered. Let’s find the best way forward together.


Step 3: Confirmation

Once you’re happy with the proposal, you can formally place your request.

  • Finalizing the schedule
  • Agreeing on handover locations
  • Final confirmation of scope of work
  • Payment

We begin arrangements once a deposit or full payment has been received.


Step 4: Coordination & Execution

From here, it’s on us.

  • Coordinating with our partners (workshops, shipping carriers)
  • Scheduling and handover logistics
  • Progress updates

Step 5: Completion

Once everything is done, we’ll send you a completion report including photos of the work and an itemized breakdown.


Timeline Expectations

Vehicle Purchase Support

Finding candidates, negotiating with sellers, sorting paperwork, arranging pickup — each stage takes several days. Rare models or demanding specs take longer. Get in touch as early as you can.

International Shipping

Sea freight is cheaper but slow. Air freight is faster but expensive. Which you choose has a major impact on your overall timeline. For sea freight especially, earlier is always better.

Peak Periods

During summer, Golden Week, and the year-end/New Year period, logistics and bookings become harder to secure. If you need to ship during these times, please get in touch with extra lead time.
