Important Notes on Certificate Arrival
After your contract is concluded, Good Loop Co., Ltd. will send the compulsory automobile liability insurance (jibaiseki) certificate and other documents to your registered address. If you do not have valid compulsory automobile liability insurance coverage in place, please refrain from operating the vehicle until you have received your new compulsory automobile liability insurance certificate. Please note that the compulsory automobile liability insurance certificate must be kept in the vehicle, and the insurance certificate sticker must be affixed to the license plate.
Important Notes After Contract Conclusion
Once the mutual aid contract is concluded, cancellation is not possible. (It is not subject to cooling-off.)
For contract termination, we will request the prescribed premium payment based on the cancellation premium table.
* Once you have concluded a contract, even if you notify us of cancellation before the mutual aid start date, the premium will not be refunded in full.
When you transfer the vehicle, or when the address or license plate number on your compulsory automobile liability insurance (jibaiseki) certificate changes, or in similar cases, you will need to complete the necessary procedures. Please contact Kanto Automobile Mutual Aid Cooperative. The compulsory automobile liability insurance is legally restricted from voluntary cancellation, but in cases such as vehicle disposal, please contact Kanto Automobile Mutual Aid Cooperative.
