How pricing works
Good Loop’s Vehicle Concierge is a service that handles arrangements and coordination on your behalf.
Pricing has two components.
| Arrangement fee | Payment to Good Loop for arrangements, coordination, and progress management. |
| Out-of-pocket expenses | Payment to our partners for shipping, packing, labor, and other services. |
The arrangement fee varies depending on the project details (vehicle size, region, workload, urgency). Out-of-pocket expenses depend on our partners’ quotes. Since some are quoted in US dollars, exchange rates also affect the total.
We’ll provide a specific quote after hearing the details of your request.
What makes the price go up or down
Costs tend to be higher
- Urgent work (shorter lead time than usual)
- Remote locations
- Unusually difficult projects
Costs tend to be lower
- Multiple services bundled together (purchasing plus shipping, for example)
- Information is complete (photos, dimensions, timeline)
- A flexible schedule
If you get in touch early with complete information, we can move faster and usually keep costs down.

For a rough estimate, use the cost range on the international shipping page and the figures in our guide articles as a reference.
Individual quotes carry a fee. This is because we need to confirm costs separately with the freight forwarder, customs broker, and packing company. If you proceed with a quote, we’ll deduct the quoting fee from your invoice amount.
