How Our Fees Are Structured
Good Loop’s Vehicle Concierge is a coordination and logistics service. Fees are made up of two components:
| Service Fee | Paid to Good Loop. This covers planning, communication, and progress management. |
| Actual Costs | Paid to our partners. This includes shipping, packing, handling, and related expenses. |
The service fee varies based on the nature of the job — vehicle size, location, scope of work, and urgency. Actual costs depend on partner quotes and, since many are USD-denominated, are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
We’ll give you a specific figure after hearing the details of your request.
What Affects the Price
Tends to be higher when:
- Urgent turnaround is required (shorter lead time than usual)
- The job involves a remote location
- The case is particularly complex
Tends to be lower when:
- Multiple services are bundled (e.g. purchase + shipping)
- Information is ready upfront (photos, dimensions, schedule)
- There’s comfortable lead time
The more information you have ready when you reach out, the easier it is for us to move quickly — and the more likely we are to keep costs down.
How Quotes Work
- Inquiry — Send us the relevant details
- Rough estimate — We’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours
- Review & questions — Ask us anything
- Agreement — Once you’re happy, payment is made
- We get started
Quotes are free. “I haven’t decided yet — just want a rough idea” is perfectly fine.
